Tunku Aziz: Where is DAP getting its money from?
New Straits Times 10 hours ago
KUALA LUMPUR: Former DAP vice-chairman Tunku Abdul Aziz Tunku Ibrahim said his ex-party leaders should reveal their source of funding as all attempts to get such information had been futile.
He said when he was a DAP member and part of its top echelon, only those in the inner circle knew where the party got its money from.
Tunku Abdul Aziz claimed DAP’s financial report had never detailed its source of funding and if there was any issue raised over the matter, party leaders would deny every allegation thrown at them.
“The proof is, for as long as (I) was a DAP member and part of its top echelon, only those in the inner circle would know where the party gets its money from.
“Every time (I) took a look at the party’s treasury and asked from where did it get such funds, the CEC would never give an answer. But the party could purchase a building to be made its headquarters.
“From where does DAP gets its money?” he questioned.
Tunku Abdul Aziz claimed he wouldn’t be surprised if tycoons such as Robert Kuok had also been discreetly channelling political funds to DAP and the transaction was only known to a few within the party’s central executive committee (CEC).
He claimed that with such confidentiality, DAP leaders could publicly deny each and every fund made which could link the party and the “Sugar King”, or any other millionaire in the country.
He was commenting on claims made by blogger Raja Petra Kamarudin that Kuok harboured an agenda to replace the government with one led by the Dap.
Raja Petra had claimed that to realise such an ambition, Kuok aspired to spark a wave of change among the Malays.
The blogger claimed that when the New Economic Policy (NEP) was launched in 1970, Kuok was said to have protested the move before Umno leaders, as reported by Singapore’s The Straits Times on Dec 4 last year. © New Straits Times Press (M) Bhd

What about the 2.6B Arab donations? It’s a fair game if Big Boss Robert wants to donate too and it should not be a mandatory to whom to be given to!

Hey, you troublemaking old fool! DAP got its funds and money thru public dinner and public donations. All straight from people's pocket. Just look at malaysiakini, zunar, bersih and Fahmi Reza. All slapped with big fines by the court and with one plea from public, donations keeps pouring non stop. All pure halal money! Unlike you blardy old man! Getting all those haram dirty money dedak each time, when making silly accusation. Like MO1 and the rest, you may think you can get away from all your dubious act but you are damn wrong. Time will catches up with you any days from now.
