Ling: Remove Najib, Rosmah and Malaysia returns to normal
Former MCA president says problem not with Umno, BN, but Najib and his missus, who are plagued with issues.
PETALING JAYA: Peace, stability and progress will return to Malaysia once Prime Minister Najib Razak and his wife, Rosmah Mansor are removed, said former MCA president Dr Ling Liong Sik.
According to a Malaysiakini report, Ling, a harsh critic of Najib said there was nothing wrong with Umno and BN and that Najib and Rosmah’s removal would see the country return to normal.
Speaking at a press conference, Ling said he did not have any personal vendetta against Rosmah, but felt that she was involved in issues together with Najib.
The report however did not specify which issues Ling was referring to.
He also said that former Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad would succeed in his quest to remove Najib and would not give up trying to do so.
This, he said, was because those who shared the same view as God, could not fail.
“Allah, Jesus, Buddha and all the Hindu deities say it is not correct to take other people’s money and put into your own account. Only Najib says this is correct,” he was quoted as saying.
On Tuesday, Mahathir reiterated that he would continue to push for Najib to step down, over a year since he began doing so.
